Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pg-checkup ("the Service"), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

pg-checkup analyzes Postgres statistics you provide and returns a performance report with suggested fixes. The report is advisory. You are responsible for reviewing any SQL before running it against your database, ideally on a staging copy first. We are not liable for outcomes of changes you choose to apply.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service. Submit only diagnostics bundles for databases you are authorized to analyze.

Paid plans

Pro and Team are billed monthly via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Plans renew until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
